Who should I contact if I have concerns around my child’s development?

Every school has an operational school based team.

A school-based team is defined as follows:

An ongoing team of school-based personnel which has a formal role to play as a problem-solving unit in assisting classroom teachers to develop and implement instructional and/or management strategies and to coordinate support resources for students within the school.  These meetings may take on a slightly different look based on the needs of the staff and students in a school.

If you have concerns, please contact your child’s teacher, the learning assistance and/or resource teacher, or school administration.
